The Spa is open for treatments Sunday, Monday & Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 12pm-8pm and Friday & Saturday 10am-8pm (We currently are closed on Tuesday for treatments - Thermal suite is open 9am-5pm) to avoid disappointment we recommended spa treatments are pre-booked prior to arrival

One night stay for a decent price.
Staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable. Good price for the location.
Hotel under reservation, so changes were implemented throughout. The spa facilities were okay, however it turned off after 20-30 mins, so went cold quite quickly. We were refunded however, but it wasn't the best experience. There was a lot of dust in the room, especially on the floor & in corners. Gym was out of use due to the reservations & the scaffolding was directly outside our window, so had the curtains closed, but the lights weren't very bright & 1 bedside lamp wasn't working. This wasn't reported as we didn't stay in the room long.

Fab room, excellent value for money
The executive room was fabulous, couldnt ask for more - the hotel is in the middle of a makeover, if all the rooms are done like the executive room I stayed in, the hotel will become very popular...
No room service until 11pm - but I think thats due to the renovations that were taking place...
